These hoods are made just for you.
We don't have them in inventory waiting for your order. This
website has high quality, hand crafted copper hoods for you
at below retail pricing. To offer these hoods at this price
level, we do not accept returns. We also require payment in
full via Google Checkout. Phone orders will not have the
same pricing as the website.
If a hood is damaged in shipment, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN
5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Period. Copper is a reactive metal and we
do not warranty any finish in any way. If your hood arrives
damaged, we will work with our shipping agents to provide
you with a replacement free of charge. All of our hoods ship
fully insured in sturdy packaging. Our undercabinet hood
ships via UPS and all of our other hoods ship in wood crates
via freight carriers.
Our company has been around for nearly 30 years and we have
solid capacity with our turnaround times. We will notify you
when we receive the order and also when it ships. We usually
turnaround our hoods within 5 weeks.
